Kerry Washington is a lock for a Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries Emmy nomination for her solid performance as Anita Hill in Confirmation, but facing frontrunners Sarah Paulson, Audra McDonald, Kirsten Dunst and the women of American Crime, she has zero chance of winning.June 18, 2016 at 1:45 am #1201852618

Gus, how can you say that a two-time past Emmy winner has a ZERO chance of doing it again?
He’s old news and doesn’t have a tape this year (unlike even some of his fellow cast members). Wouldn’t be surprised if he missed on the nomination tbhJune 18, 2016 at 8:14 am #1201852871
Burrell is always a threat. I learned that bitter lesson after his second win. He’s only a “0%” chance of winning if he’s snubbed outright.June 18, 2016 at 8:21 am #1201852876
Angela Bassett. I feel her and Bates are pretty secure in receiving their expected standby nominations for their category of supporting actress in a miniseries or movie. But if anyone from Hotel wins their category it’ll be Bates repeating not Bassett. I don’t feel like the TV Academy nor any other awards body feels like they owe her a win regardless of the merit of the work. She simply does not have too many across the board performances to earn such a rep.June 18, 2016 at 8:42 am #1201852879
Some of these people mentioned really do not have a hundred-percent chance of being nominated, like Julie Bowen, Julianna Margulies, Taraji P. Henson, Alan Cumming, Andre Braugher, Mayim Bialik and Judith Light.June 18, 2016 at 9:43 am #1201852889
Nobody ACTUALLY has a 100% chance of a nomination. Nobody ACTUALLY has a 0% of winning if they are nominated.
It’s called speculation. Not set in concrete facts. It’s asking who of the most likely nominees have a teenie tiny chance of winning.June 18, 2016 at 12:03 pm #1201852918
Game of Thrones has a hundred-percent chance of being nominated for Outstanding Drama Series.
