The change in the Critics’ Choice calendar means a lot of contenders are ineligible since they aired at the beginning of the year. I’m hoping this means LOTS of underdogs get in. Who do you think will get in that might not have otherwise? I’ve got my fingers crossed for lots of “Hannibal” love. 🙂November 29, 2015 at 9:41 pm #365926
Sense8, The Affair & Jane The Virgin for everything!November 29, 2015 at 9:44 pm #365927
Hannibal, The Leftovers and maybe Crazy Ex GirlfriendNovember 29, 2015 at 9:55 pm #365928
^ a little off-topic, but I could never get into The Leftovers. Everytime I try I can’t seem to finish an episode. The performances are great from what I’ve seen, but the show itself is confusing, boring and a load of crap. :/November 29, 2015 at 10:40 pm #365929

Have you tried “Two Boats and a Helicopter” or “Guest”? If the answer is yes and you still don’t like the show, WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?
Wait, I’m kidding. I think is the same thing that Sense8 is for some people, how really can’t watch the show.
For me, The Leftovers’s season 2 is probably the best thing I ever watched. The writing, directing, performances, soundtrack, cinematography, editing, everything is just terrific.November 29, 2015 at 11:44 pm #365930

I really hope that The Goldbergs, Sense8 and The Walking Dead do well here.November 30, 2015 at 5:00 am #365932
Praying for some UnReal love at the critics choice awards! Any nominations for the show would be welcome – I think this is probably there best chance out of all the awards shows. I’d say Mr. Robot as well but I think they’re a lock for nominations at the Golden Globes, where as UnReal doesn’t seem to be on enough people radar (why!!!?.November 30, 2015 at 7:20 am #365933
Sense8, Fresh Off The Boat, The Middle and maybe Big Bang going back.November 30, 2015 at 9:10 am #365934
I actually think an animated show like BoJack Horseman or Rick and Morty could sneak itself into Comedy Series.
FYC: Ready Player One. Sound Editing, Sound Mixing, Visual Effects, Original Score, Production Design, Director and BEST PICTURE (make it happen Oscars!!)November 30, 2015 at 11:16 am #365935

When do they announce the noms?December 10, 2015 at 11:50 am #365938
When do they announce the noms?
I’m hoping “The Goldbergs” makes a mad breakthrough here. WMC landed a Lead Comedy Actress nomination the first season so it’s now like they’re unaware of the show. Also, they threw a Critics Choice FYC bash last Wednesday on their set for all the Critics Choice voters. It was a great time and had a rather big turnout. Food, drinks, mingling, bedazzling, and pic ops with the excellent “kids” cast who dressed in Goldbergs drab. So, I’m banking on at least a 2 major noms or so.
