It'll probably challenge Avatar's boxoffice ranking, get into the 90's on MetaCritic and RT and be nominated for probably no more than 3 Oscars in 2013 (the usual suspects; VFX, Art Direction, Cinematography) :|

I'll judge the film by something other than the trailer, but that looked like left over bits of Leni Riefenstahl, Silence of the Lambs and Eyes Wide Shut.

For me, not 1/10 of the punch of the trailer for The Dark Knight.

That was kinda uninteresting. I was expecting something more epic. I swear, the trailer for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo has ruined me that every other action film trailer looks dull by comparison. I'll probably watch it on DVD. Don't want to be in the theater drowning on the drool of Nolan fans. lol.

Getting into the 90s on Metacritic would be quite an improvement over any of Nolan's previous films.

 

Judging by Nolan's previous work, i t will probably be a better than average action movie that could use a serious hacking by an editor. It will probably try to deal with large ideas and fumble without really saying anything. It will probably seem quite interesting while watching it,  but fall apart when it is given much thought after the fact.
