I was close to leaving Messina off, but he was too good in his guest arc to overlook, so I reworked things to leave him in. The rest I think should be able to pull through to nominations. Those weren't instances of out-there predictions to me. I'd like to see "Damages" in the conversation for drama series, but it looks like that ship has sailed, and the category is very competitive now. The rest I think should be okay, and they each deserve nominations this year.

And here I thought I would have to suffer in silence lol. I too have been a victim of btimp PMs. At first I was confused and then left it at that, but then it went on and then I was like come at me again and I'll come w/the quickness in the form of a PM to one of the mods. And then it was done. I won't shame them by putting the post here, but yeah. Weird. |

I`m right here if you want to post to me directly. I don`t sugarcoat things. I`m not afraid to post the way I feel, and I am not going to apologize for MY opinions or beliefs because they are mine. I don`t care if you like me or not for it, but that is your problem as far as I`m concerned. |

That's exactly where I'm coming from as well. My predictions for Drama Series have basically been the same since January: Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Homeland, Justified and Mad Men. I think people are really underestimating Justified, as I've got it down for at least Series and Actor nods. In other news... btimp, where are my drunk texts? Somebody's feeling left out over here.

| Justified is not getting a seires nomination IMO. I wish Luck would get a nomination for series, but that is not going to happen. | |

|
| Justified will not make the series cut. Downtown Abbey, The Good Wife and Boardwalk Empire are too high of mountains for it to climb over. I too wish Luck was a series contender. HBO may get two drama series nods with its best offering getting snubbed. | |

| Thora Birch in Ghost World. Girls having a few scenes that reminded me of GW inspired it. | |

Justified is my personal number 2 show of the year and would be overthrilled if it made it into series but sadly I am beginning to believe their strong showing last year in the acting categories may have mainly been due to the field being so thin. My personal picks from this cycle: 1. Breaking Bad 2. Justified 3. Homeland 4. Mad Men 5. Game of Thrones 6. Damages/Fringe What I think it will be: 1. Breaking Bad 2. Homeland 3. Mad Men 4. Game of Thrones 5. Downton Abbey 6. The Good Wife The bottom two really bum me out. |

She should have gotten an Oscar nod for her work in GW, while Steve Buscemi should have won. |

I too was wondering that. Nearly nobody even mentions Olyphant for a nod anymore. Could Justified go from 4 acting nods to 0 this year? I think it's possible.
And if you wanna make sense
Whatcha looking at me for? |

| It's actually probable. Olyphant stands an okay chance of returning, but Goggins is out with two guys from BB contending, the guys from Damages and Patinkin. | |
