Just voted, very excited to see the nominees and vote upon the winners! My only problems are some of the artist videos up for consideration aren't the best. I would've voted for Gaga if Marry the Night was in consideration and not for that awful You and I video. Same goes for Rihanna with Where Have You Been and We Found Love. Also where is Dance Video?? |

I was wondering if/when these would come back here in the new boards!! Last year it was a lot of fun to help count the nomination ballots; and I'm looking forward to this year's nominations, too, since a lot of great videos came out during this past year. Question, though: Didn't we close last year's eligibility period on the same date as that for the VMAs (June 24, I think)??? Cause if so, then there's a good 1+ month of videos that are going unconsidered (e.g., Coldplay's "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall"). Maybe you can change the eligibility period to account for these?? Anyway, I'll check and see what's in the ballots and add some FYCs in the future. Look ing for ward to these (and hopefully I won't have too many cases where I want to write in more than 1 video)!!! |
