My vote was for Sienna Miller, because even though the first "G.I. Joe" was poorly written, she at least brought out some depth into her performance as the Baroness. |

Is it favorite as in which one did we actually like or at least love to hate or just flat out hate? Anyways, I just have to comment on the legend that is Sofia Coppola. When I was very young, this was one of the first instances I heard of someone being bashed to such an intense degree in a movie. I think I was about 12 when I finally saw The Godfather Part III....I remember thinking even then that maybe the bad hype would make her not seem as bad. In her very first moment, she actually seemed very natural and real....so it seemed positive....and then, she gave the speech at the reception. Let the downfall begin.... Then it all comes down to the end of the movie****I WILL PUT A SPOILER WARNING JUST IN CASE**** when she is trying to talk to her father Michael and she is "pleading" with him and then she gets shot...awkwardly falls to her knees and without any sign of pain or anguish or emotion, even just says "Dad....?".....I hated that movie in the first place but she didn't help it in the slightest. I may be being too harsh as she never considered herself an actress and she was put in the role by her father at the last minute. She definitely did find a better voice as a writer and director as The Virgin Suicides and especially Lost in Translation are high quality films. |
