Such great episodes. I voted for The Cosby Show episode. I love that episode. "I want to watch television" - Keshia Knight Pulliam's line delivery cracks up. That wasn't the year she was nominated for an Emmy, but with that episode, I'm still glad she got one eventually and became the youngest person to get nominated for a Primetime Emmy.
I would have replaced the Family Guy episode with something from 30 Rock (maybe "Hardball". "Reunion", "Apollo Apollo" or a live episode). Otherwise, from what I've seen, this is a good list...although, it's always tough to figure out ten so kudos for trying?
Well, I haven't see any of the old comedies. The oldest show I've ever watched is Friends. And I haven't even watched Arrested Development yet.
So I have to go with Remedial Chaos Theory. Seems excessive, but I'm certain it'll be in the conversation if a topic like this resurfaces in, like 5 years. Hopefully, I'll have watched AD by then at least.
The oldest show you have watched is friends.............. thats sad. I'm 16 years old and i have watched every episode of The Golden Girls ( 1985-1992 ), The Cosby Show ( 1984 -1992 ), I love Lucy ( 1951 - 1957 ), Life with Eliabeth ( 1952 - 1955 ), Mary Tyler Moore show ( 1970 - 1977 )......... You have alot to catch up on.
