She needs to go away for a long, long time. Reinvent herself to that style people loved her for in '09. I'm sorry but those lyrics alone sound like the same desperate basicness she tried to shove down our throats with BTW. The BTW era made me oppose her more than anything.

Honey, Born This Way only sold a little over 2 million copies.  It sold a million its first week and then sales took a nosedive.  The album was hyped as "the album of the decade."  An artist of GaGa's calibre should've been doing Adele numbers.  I'm not going to write a long essay on this topic.  The proof is in the pudding.

Too wordy my god. Hope this doesn't end up on the album, which is rumored to be called "Warning Signs."  I don't agree that it's "basic" though. If anything, it is too over the top and she is trying too hard to be dark. I like when lyrics are more subtle and ambiguous- this is the opposite.
I do love the concept of the "decline of the pop star" that she dabbled in with "Dance in the Dark" and "Paparazzi" though. Supposedly the album is inspired by the likes of Princess Diana, Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe, etc. According to DJ White Shadow, the album is full of dance/club songs. I just hope she doesn't abandon her art in her attempt to compete with Riri and Katy Perry.

Gaga has been laying low and touring overseas for the last couple of months. She will only start her tour in North American in January 2013. This time away from the American public will do her good and leave people wanting new material.
She has already earned over $50million from the Born This Way Ball and it will end up being one of the highest grossing tours by a solo artist. Gaga's not going anywhere, just yet.

I realized the main reason why I will never be a true Gaga fan: I like her music but I don't like her. She is a weak, fake, insecure, passive agrevise pop star with one of the worst fan "cults" in pop music history. And while some may like the whole "Mother Monster" angle I find it very off putting.

This song is not very good and while she is not going anywhere anythime soon, her star appeal will continue to fall with her next album.
