Stanley Tucci is my favorite actor. And even in a horrible movie he seems to give a fantastic performance. You can always count on him to be good. What is your favorite performance of his?

I voted for "George Harvey" in THE LOVELY BONES just because I was positive nobody else would vote for that performance, but apparently I was wrong!

Definitely as Nigel. He is definitely a reliable source to fall back on in any film. Just like his counterpart Patricia Clarkson. |

He was terrific in Hunger Games as well; so wry. And I loved him in Margin Call, It Can Happen to You. Actually, he's never disappointed me in anything. He's worked with so many of my favorites; Paul Betany, Alfred Molina, Eli Wallach, Richard Gere, Meryl Streep, and so on. The Sunne in Splendour; I prefer my Roses White |

I really like him a lot. I chose Nigel, because the description of him in the novel is simply HORRIBLE. I couldn't believe what I was eading.... I knew the book is definitely meaner than the movie, but god am I glad I've seen that before reading the book. Well, just my opinion, but Stanley did a lot with that character to make him real and likeable, not an over-the-top "diva" and had a lot of sarcasm. Second would be as Paul Child. Gosh, they were so cute, so wonderful together! I understand why he was nominated for the creepy murderer in TLB, but I was hoping to the last he would be nominated or J&J.

Julie and Julia. Would have nominated him in this instead of TLB, not that he was better in the former, but I just wanted him to get his first nomination for a performance that was warm, funny, and in every sense supportive, instead of getting for a plain cold murderer. |

The book was god awful, I couldn't believe how unbearable the character Nigel was written. I'm glad they went the other direction with the film version. |

He is an awful actor with mostly awful performances and roles. Hate him. The only performance I liked by him was in "Lovely Bones".

Can't believe Devil wears prada has more votes than the Lovely Bones. He was absolutely astounding in that. |

The only role when he played against his type was in "Lovely Bones".

George Harvey in The Lovely Bones. I know that most folks (myself included) were very disappointed with The Lovely Bones, but Tucci was outstanding and very memorable in his performance. |
