Only 6 acting nominees are unconfirmed to attend (maybe they are but we can't find any proof yet):
Larry David, Maggie Smith, Woody Harrelson, Emma Thompson, David Strathairn, Judy Davis

Vanessa Williams has a seat card on one of the auditorium photos. Since she wasn't announced as a presenter, it is very likely she is performing the song during the memoriam segment.

Ron Howard is almost certainly introducing a tribute to Andy Griffith. It might be leading into the memoriam segment.

Can't believe they're grouping the categories yet again. I've always hated this idea specially since the Movie/Mini categories are always kind of boring and they take the excitement away for about an hour until Comedy and Drama Series show up during the final minutes.

If they were going to group them, why not put them between Comedy and Drama instead of after both genres?

I guess this year is a bit more exciting than others, I think the only locked categories are Comedy Series and Julianne Moore.
