Les Jeunes de Paris!! I was HOPING we'd get that. That was one of my fave skits last time she hosted. It's so wonderfully absurdist and Emma looks like she's having a blast. Yes, I looked up the song. It is "A Cause Des Garcons" by Yelle |

Bridal Shower - Emma Stone is awesome as the socially inept co-worker at the dirty bridal shower. The voice she used was priceless. OK skit, but she was great. |

At least they let Emma do something but that sketch was flat. Emma rocked Les Junes, but watch Nasim during it, shes a star. |

Coldplay - Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall. Wow, I thought Chris Martin was a wiry skinny little fella. He's got some guns. I love this song too though. |

Crying to Adele. Girl cliche but kinda funny. Emma committed to it. Parakeets fighting was funny and Bill Hader's crying face was great. OK skit. Once again, Emma didn't have enough to do. She is comedy GOLD with impeccable timing, so why don't they let her shine on here? I blame Seth. PS - remember when Andy Samberg was poised to be THE breakout star on this show? Apart from some occasional digital short goodness, he's kinda fallen behind Hader and Sudeikis. He's a funny guy, but I thought he'd have left to try a movie career by now. Did that Hot Rod movie ruin him forever? We're Gonna Make Technology Hump. OK, that was bizarre. Andy and Emma were pitch perfect as the hosts. But I'm surprised this got by the censors. |

Lol @ Technology Hump. I'm not ashamed to admit it. Loved the bumper of Emma as Gilda Radner. Was Jay Pharoah in this episode? He seems to not be in more episodes than he's in. |

He was the voice of the camera in the Tech Hump (raunchy, but oddly funny.) and I thought it was the first time I heard from him all night. I figured they'd turn him into Viola Davis in a parody of The Help. |

A solid episode, and Emma Stone put forth her best effort, but the writing was lazy, as usual. |

This episode was perfect IMO. I love Coldplay (and Chris Martin's crazy dancing), I love Emma Stone, I love Andrew Garfield. And this may have been Wiig's first real submission of the season (I don't really think she'll get nominated, but it's worth pointing out). The "Someone Like You" and "Secret Word" sketches were hilarious. Definitely second to Melissa McCarthy's. Pot Pot Pot Ledom |

Pretty lame episode. Stone really did do her best, but same old comment: writing was lazy. I think she helped make one of the best Secret Word sketches they've done. And for once I laughed at the old reporter man which I've never liked, not because of her, maybe it was just good this time. Garth and Kath are always welcome. Everything else was lame, including Coldplay. The Digital Short was awful. Les Junes wasn't nearly as good as the last time she did it, I didn't like it this time at all, I think the song they used was a big part of why it didn't work for me. |

I agree that she was largely background in the episode. How do they make the decision which hosts get to star in the show and which are relegated to the background. I agree that Secret Word was watchable, but only due to Hader and Stone (Wiig is one note in this). But I disagree about old reporter man (LOVE him) and Garth & Kat (I don't get it or get why it's funny. It's the same thing every time. Oh, they are making up the song as they go along. Big effing deal) |

So, I guess I'm the only person here that watched last nights episode? If so, that's sad, cause it was their best episode this season. Jason Segel was great, and they utilized him properly. Oh, and the Paul Rudd cameo in the kissing family skit? Simply amazing. |
