Don't they look fabulous! More stars than there are in the heavens as they used to say! Wait a minute, have they started yet? Here I am at the Oscars wearing a delicate Armani Prive! |

I have no problem with the show lasting three and a half hours, but in this case it should start at 8 and not 8:30. |

Oh, no. The lead acting awards are 7 minutes again. That means Jean and Meryl are going to come out and spew about the nominees, which might be very difficult for Jean. Unless they bring out five previous winners, which in that case they've underestimated the amount of time.
The best album of the year so far. "Past Gone" is the best song of the year as well. Check out Mike Stud's debut album on iTunes. |

Lol! Long, and certainly painful for me. Arent they always? Geez I miss the old days when we would collect in the chatroom and make vicious jokes about the entire process. The Sunne in Splendour; I prefer my Roses White |

Don't forget about the commercial breaks. Maybe it's because I'm tired but towards the end, it always seems to be category - commercials, category - commercials, category - commercials. |

There aren't any commercial breaks this time btwn actress, actor, and picture. If so, there would be one in btwn each, and that doesn't happen. They group them together in two's, unless of course there is a performance. But Original Song will've already been presented.

There's 9 minutes for supporting actor and 12 minutes for supporting actress scheduled, and 7 for both leads indicating that we're in for a presentation to each nominee at about 7 minutes each (perhaps like last year for the leads). Bring it. Looking at the schedule, they could have a break after supporting actor and supporting actress presentations I think. |

Are you sure? The three biggest (for the public) categories of the night presented uninterrupted, with no commercial breaks? It seems weird when ABC is charging advertisers these crazy prices. |

Also, 16 minutes between Film Editing and Production Design? We know when to expect a big musical number. |

I'm looking forward to the musical numbers this year. Havent felt like that since 2003. It better be good.

I have no idea why the show doesn't start at 8PM like every single other award show ever. Is ABC really that desperate to continue the pre-show shit? Because theirs is the worst of the bunch and obviously taped. |
