I wish you best of luck, too eastwest. Will you tell us your inspiration behind your writing, or at least which classic movie you want to model the concept after? At some point I see myself getting more serious with writing as well. At this point however, I'm struggling enormously whenever I sit down and try to produce something on paper. I'm good at 5-liners or some-more-liners and short stories, but beyond that I always feel like I need someone who looks over my word vomit and arranges it until it is perfect. Maybe I'm only made for a writing team, but then again I've only turned twenty, so I might not have found my voice yet.

Thanks guys! "Peyton Place" was my inspiration for the jolt in my interest in writing again. It's classic soap opera at its juicy best. I appreciate what Mike Kelley has done w/"Revenge" by taking the "Count of Monte Cristo" and doing a modern update on it. While I am not saying this will go anywhere beyond my computer, I feel something like this could work. Right now I am debating on weather to have my story like the movie or having the story told through the eyes of my Mr. Rossi or my Selena. And babypook, that is an idea by starting from the end and working backwards. Never thought of that being something that could get ideas flowing, but I can try it. |

Finally got a new job that I'll start Monday. Nothing fancy, a sandwhich shop, but it pays decent and fits solid in my school schedule. |

why do you think they are disgusting? have they done something offensive or is it just that you don't personally care for them? "Hearts are often broken When there are words unspoken In your soul there's answers to your prayers"- Whtiney Houston, Exhale |

I am having such a difficult time processing the recent tragedy in Colorado and I just can't understand why we as a society have yet to come to a reasonable gun control law that can prevent senseless horrors like this and also not violate the right to bare arms.

Every woman in my office is wearing some sort of flip-flop or sandal today that smacks their heels when they walk. It's like a chorus of tambourines in here. The noise is really grating my 25th nerve.

And maybe I'm just grumpy today, but I don't think it's appropriate to use italics and a lavender background in your business e-mails.

My baby E-Wee came home today! He was missing for five days. He came home with scratches all over his nose, and a ratched-up ear. I am sooo happy! He was born in my house, and follows me around like a dog; comes when I call him, and wont let anybody else near him. I just love the guy. He ate for half an hour out of every bowl, inhaled some catnip, and slept until 3:00 in the afternoon. I'm so glad, I can sleep now. The Sunne in Splendour; I prefer my Roses White |

Good for you pook! I heard horrible stories of cats returning seriously bruised and injured after they went missing. My parents had a cat long before me and my brother were there, and one day it came home with its belly open. Judging by the wound, they say it must have been willingly attacked by a person. There are some sick people out there..

I am looking like a hot mess at work right now in gym shorts, an oversized black tee, and a big red hoodie.. Not that it matters, because I'm a data tech and can dress however I please, but yikes. LOL... It's a lonely Sunday, I've been here since 5:45am (it's now 2:45pm), and I may be here until 5pm. Over time, baby! I don't mind working here alone on the weekends. It's peaceful. And I can blast music as loud as I want. I'm honestly just glad that I have a job, and it's a really good one with good pay and AMAZING benefits (been here for 2 months now!). |

Aw thanks blueprint. Whatever he went through, his extraordinary journey, it must have been an ordeal, with his scarred up head and, he hasnt left my side since he got back. I'll have to ask him if he threw the ring into the lava. And those very cruel, very sick people out there is the main reason why I was so scared for him. He's black, so I make sure i keep him inside for the entire month of October, because of Halloween and those demented blood-sacrifice vivesectionists out there.
