Which 'SNL' host will win Best Comedy Guest Actress Emmy: Melissa McCarthy or Maya Rudolph?

"Saturday Night Live" is poised to claim its third Best Comedy Guest Actress Emmy in four years at Saturday's Creative Arts awards. But will it be Melissa McCarthy or Maya Rudolph who joins the winners' roster alongside Tina Fey (2009) and Betty White (2010)?

Last year, McCarthy shocked Emmy pundits when she won Best Comedy Actress for the first season of "Mike and Molly." This year, she is once again last in our odds for that race but leads this one as the 10 to 9 favorite with support from four Experts, eight Editors and 49% of Users. She hosted "SNL" for the first time last October, delivering a charming singing and dancing monologue and then shining in sketches as a lovelorn office worker, a Lawrence Welk singer, a new product taste tester and an old Hollywood beauty queen.

Former "SNL" regular Rudolph returned for the first time as a host in February and did impersonations of Maya Angelou, Beyonce, and Michelle Obama among others. She sits in second place at 4/1 with backing by one Expert, one Editor, and 21% of Users.

Celebrating her second consecutive bid, Dot-Marie Jones ("Glee") is in third place at 8/1 with votes from one Expert and 10% of Users. After losing last year to co-star Gwyneth Paltrow, she returns as Coach Shannon Beiste in the episode "Choke." Suffering abuse from her live-in boyfriend, she gainssympathy from the students at school.

Kathy Bates is in fourth position at 10/1 with 11% of User votes as the ghost of Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) on the "Two and a Half Men" episode "Why We Gave Up Women." She also contends for Best Drama Actress for the second and final season of "Harry's Law." She lost all nine of her previous Emmy bids and is not expected to win these either.

Elizabeth Banks ("30 Rock") is a repeat nominee from last year's race. She plays the title role in the episode "The Return of Avery Jessup," in which her character is reunited with her husband Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) after being held captive in Korea for many months. She is in fifth place at 20/1 with just 6% of User votes.

Margaret Cho submitted the same episode of "30 Rock" where she plays former Korean President Kim Jong-Il for less than one minute. As such, her name being called was one of the biggest shocks on nominations morning. She is in last position with 50/1 odds and 2% of User support.
