Spooky, outlandish ratings hit "American Horror Story" certainly struck a chord with Globes voters. They nominated it for Best TV Drama and cited Jessica Lange in the catch-all supporting category. Dylan McDermott won the first of his three Globe bids for Best TV Drama Actor back in 1999 for "The Practice." While Connie Britton reaped two Emmy bids for "Friday Night Lights," she has yet to contend at the Globes.
