Can 'Lincoln' Break Oscar Record for Most Nominations?

1. Best Actor: Daniel Day-Lewis

Steven Spielberg’s historical epic “Lincoln” has the potential to reap as many as 15 Oscar nominations, breaking the record of 14 set by “All About Eve” (1950) and tied by “Titanic” (1997).

The most likely nomination could be for Daniel Day-Lewis, who would set a new Oscar record as the only three-time Best Actor champ, following wins in 1989 for "My Left Foot" and 2007 for "There Will Be Blood."
