Scenes from Gold Derby’s Relaunch Party

The Gold Derby Relaunch Party last Friday night drew more than 250 friends and industry colleagues to the Hollywood Museum. Party began on the second floor where we showcased an exhibit celebrating the career of veteran Oscar and Emmy campaigner Murray Weissman, then moved everybody upstairs to the ballroom where we bestowed a Career Achievement Award upon him.

Attendees included “Mad Men” star Robert Morse, who sang to Murray “I Believe in You,” a tune he first crooned on Broadway in his Tony Award-winning performance in “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying.” (Photo, left) Also: R.J. Witte and recent Emmy champ Aaron Paul of “Breaking Bad,” plus Armie Hammer (the Winklevoss twins in “The Social Network”).
