Each of the four successive dreams depicted in “Inception” unfolds over exponentially faster time. In an effort to untangle the labyryinth of the dreams within dreams, one fan of the film has posted a must-see video on YouTube.
In this compelling compilation, Weikang has also included annotations to explain how the four dreams play in real-time. Beginning with the dream team in the van, we then see them in the hotel, the snow fortress and limbo. Each of these is shown at a different speed depending on when it is occuring on the timeline. Be warned — this video is full of spoilers.
