Last year, “Modern Family” ended the three-year winning streak of “30 Rock.” Both of those laffers remain formidable contenders as does “Glee” which is coming off its second consecutive Golden Globe win. While no newcomers have matched last year’s one-two punch of “Modern Family” and “Glee,” there is building buzz for sophomore series “Community” and “Cougar Town” and the third season of “Parks and Recreation.” 2006 champ “The Office” is looking for a bookend after four years of losses. And hoping for its first series bid is “The Big Bang Theory” which just wrapped its fourth season.
