Damian Lewis has best chance of beating Bryan Cranston for Drama Actor Emmy [Poll results]

While Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad“) looks like a lock to claim Drama Actor for the fourth time, these kudos have been known to surprise us sometimes. When asked which of the five rival nominees had the best chance of beating him for the top award, our Users responded in the hundreds. (Cast your vote below.)

Topping their list of those with the potential to upset is Damian Lewis who contends for the first season of Showtime’s political drama “Homeland“; he drew 51% of the vote.

In second place, with the support of 40% of our Users is Jon Hamm who has lost four consecutive bids for “Mad Men.”

Another four-time also-ran, Michael C. Hall (“Dexter“), is the pick of just 4% of our Users to finally prevail.

Neither of the other two nominees — the returning Steve Buscemi (“Boardwalk Empire“) and rookie Hugh Bonneville (“Downton Abbey“) — broke through three percent.
