You decide: Will Taylor Swift win CMA’s Entertainer of the Year for the third time?

The 46th annual CMA Awards will be handed out on Nov. 1 in Nashville with the kudocast airing live on ABC. Co-hosting for the fifth year in a row are Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood.

Taylor Swift will defend her title as Entertainer of the Year, a prize she won in 2009 and 2011. This year she faces off against Paisley, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, and Kenny Chesney.

Swift is nominated for two other awards: Female Vocalist (which she won in 2009), and Musical Event for “Safe and Sound,” her collaboration with The Civil Wars for the soundtrack for “The Hunger Games.”

But the top nominee overall this year is Eric Church, who leads all artists with five bids, including Album of the Year for “Chief“. Shelton and his wife Miranda Lambert are close behind with four apiece.

Lambert’s “Four the Record” is also up for Album of the Year. Rounding out the category are Lady Antebellum‘s “Own the Night,” Dierks Bentley‘s “Home,” and Luke Bryan‘s “Tailgates and Tanlines.”

The CMA Awards are decided by the 11,000 members of the Country Music Association, which was established in 1958 and is the oldest trade organization created to promote an individual genre of music. The CMA is made up of industry professionals, which means winners are determined by the artists’ country music peers.
