Will Blake Shelton defend his Male Vocalist title at ACM Awards?

Last year, Blake Shelton won Male Vocalist at the Academy of Country Music Awards and returns to defend his title.

This singer, who has seen his popularity soar with his appearance as a coach on “The Voice,” is favored to repeat with the backing of three editors and 80% of users. That gives him leading odds of  17 to 10.

In second place is first-time category contender Eric Church. With seven bids, he is this year’s most nominated artist. Church, who won New Solo Vocalist in 2010, has the support of 5% of users. This translates to odds of 7 to 2.
