Poll: What was the highlight of the MTV Video Music Awards?

Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards kudocast was packed full of memorable musical moments.

Lady Gaga opened the show with a jaw-dropping staging of “Applause” while her chart rival Katy Perry capped off the evening with a stunning rendition of “Roar” below the Brooklyn Bridge. 

In between, the Barclay Center in Brooklyn rocked and rolled as some of today’s biggest artists took to the stage. At the bottom of this post, vote for your favorite performance.

Justin Timberlake‘s 15-minute medley of his hits, including an all-too-brief reunion with ‘N Sync

Miley Cyrus and her bump and grind routine for “We Can’t Stop”; 

Cyrus duetting with Robin Thicke on his bouncy “Blurred Lines” 

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis joined by Jennifer Hudson on “Same Love”;

Bruno Mars lighting a fire under “Gorilla”; and

Drake doing “Hold On, We’re Going Home” and “Started From the Bottom.”
