‘American Idol’ bottom three predictions: M.K., C.J. and Jena

You watched “American Idol‘s” Top 11 performance show Wednesday night showcasing songs from the cinema and have been voting in droves all week for who you think will be eliminated.

But will America’s Thursday night results match your predictions?

According to Gold Derby odds, the singer with the best chance of being voted out is M.K. Nobilette (4/7 odds), who found herself in America’s bottom three during Top 13 week and then again during Top 12 week.

M.K.’s current odds are a mirror image of how she placed last week at this time in our predictions, when your votes had her tied for second place to win the entire season. Oh, how the mighty have fallen!

C.J. Harris (7/2 odds) has the next-best chance of going home, followed by your third-place pick Jena Irene (11/1 odds).

During Wednesday’s Top 11 performance show, M.K. tackled Bob Dylan’s “To Make You Feel My Love” from “Hope Floats,” C.J. sang The Marshall Tucker Band’s “Can’t You See” from “Blow,” and Jena chose Paramore’s “Decode” from “Twilight.”

My personal take on the night is that Ben Briley fouled out with his rendition of Elton John’s “Bennie and the Jets” from “27 Dresses” (way too much falsetto, man!) and that Caleb Johnson won the night with his brilliant take on Adele’s “Skyfall” from “Skyfall“.
