As a group, we were right on target with eventual winners Justin Timberlake (artist, male artist, album), Lorde (new artist), Imagine Dragons (duo or group, rock artist), and Carrie Underwood (milestone). But there were not any major surprises overall, with our collective second choices winning the other 12 categories predicted: Katy Perry (female artist), Timberlake (R&B artist), Eminem (rap artist), Luke Bryan (country artist), and Robin Thicke (song).

Our best Editor was Daniel Montgomery, who had a better score of 92% than any User of the website. David Schnelwar and I finished with 75% right. The fourth spot was taken by Marcus Dixon with just 42% correct.

Gold Derby’s own Paul Sheehan was the only Expert making predictions, and his score was 59% accurate.

Collectively, the Editors were best overall with 71%, followed by our Expert with 59%, and the Users with 47%.
