Step aside, Alexander Knox: Sean Kelly is now ‘Project Runway’ frontrunner

Alexander Knox has led our racetrack odds for “Project Runway” for the last three weeks in a row, but going into the ninth week of competition, our users have selected a new frontrunner: New Zealand-native Sean Kelly. He currently gets 5/1 odds to win, knocking Knox down to second place with 11/2 odds.

Project Runway’ Poll: Which designer do you LOVE the most?

Our users were perhaps motivated by the fact that Sean has won three challenges in the last four weeks, including the recent “Rainway” challenge, when he shared a victory with overdue Kini Zamora. Sean wowed the judges with a dress that transformed in the rain from powdered dyes stitched into the fabric.

Alexander, meanwhile, has yet to win a challenge. What’s more, he has only finished among high scorers once and received low scores three times. And even though he ranks second in our winner predictions, our users now think he’s the likeliest to be sent home. Take a look at our elimination odds below (click the chart to see more).
