‘The Amazing Race’: Margie & Luke likeliest to be eliminated on Episode 5

The couple you love to hate — Brendon and Rachel — was the last to reach the mat last week (as predicted) but avoided the chop as it was a non-elimination leg. Despite facing an extra task this week, you expect them to still finish ahead of Margie and Luke in this Sunday’s fifth leg of “The Amazing Race.”

According to your predictions made so far, the mother and son team, who were just ahead of Brendon and Rachel last week, have odds of 7/4 to be bounced from the race in this Sunday’s episode, “Can’t Make Fish Bite.”

Brendon and Rachel, who face a Speed Bump of printing the Sri Lankan flag on 15 tee shirts, have odds of 15/8 to be eliminated.

Newlyweds John and Jessica are third likeliest to lose this week (as they were last), with new odds of 9/2.

Harlem Globetrotters Flight Time and Big Easy are tipped to be bounced by enough of you to have odds of 9/1.

Country singers Jennifer and Caroline are the comeback kids. Just two weeks ago, these warblers were your top choice for the chop. Now these songbirds, who came in fourth last week, have odds of only 10/1 to finish last.

There’s still time before “The Amazing Race” airs on Sunday for you to make your predictions here and wager points against the current odds. Forecast winners week to week and at season’s end and win prizes that include your own webcam chat with host Phil Keoghan plus $100 Amazon gift certificate. Read contest rules here.

Below, in their own words, the strategic changes made by Margie and Luke in the hopes of winning this time around.

I will try to be more patient, I have to realize that Luke is a grown man.
