For the first time in Emmys history, the academy has decided this year that the supporting nominees from limited series must choose specific episodes to submit to judges. (Nominated performers from TV movies will continue to submit the entire project.) This is true only for the supporting nominees and not for the lead contenders.
Gold Derby has exclusively learned the episodes that will be submitted to the Emmys by all of the 2015 nominees for Best Movie/Mini Supporting Actress. See below for details.
Kathy Bates (“AHS: Freak Show”) will submit the first of two Halloween hours, “Edward Mordrake, Part 1.”
Sarah Paulson (“AHS: Freak Show”) is hoping that the ninth episode, “Tupperware Party Massacre,” will win her the Emmy.
We will continue to reveal all other Emmy submissions this year for the series and acting races as they are provided to us by networks, studios or personal reps.
