Daytime Emmys nominations cheat sheet: Alison Sweeney, Anthony Geary, Amelia Heinle, …

Looking for a handy cheat sheet before entering our contest to predict Tuesday’s Daytime Emmy nominations and be in with a chance to win $100 and a place of honor on our leaderboard? Then take a look at our our racetrack odds below. The predicted winners are indicated in gold (be sure to click on each category title for an in-depth look at that race).

These official odds are based on a combination of four sets of forecasts at Gold Derby: Experts, Editors, the Top 24 Users (at last year’s nominations) and All Users. When it came to foreseeing last year’s nominations, it was the Top 24 Users who did the best of these four groups with an accuracy rate of 62.78%. Compare that to the results of our Editors (60.56%), Experts (58.33%) and Users (58.33%).

Last year’s top User was Pujolsfan who scored 70% (plus 9,413 game points). Click here to see who he’s predicting this time around. Note that he’s going out on a limb in several races, picking “General Hospital” to sweep Drama Series, Writing Team, Directing Team, and both lead acting races. That could pay off with lots of game points, which we use to break a tie if more than one person has the best accuracy rate. We give you one super bet of 500 points and 2 of 200 each with the rest of the categories at 100 points per. Place those bets wisely and you could reap a ton of points if one of your  longshot choices reaps a bid.

Do you think Pujolsfan is smarter than our consensus? There’s still plenty of time to make your predicitons before nominations are announced on Tuesday’s edtion of “The Talk.” Click here to visit our predictions center, where you can enter your picks in nine drama series races, or use the easy drag-and-drop menu at the bottom of this post to get started.
