The following six characters were added to our predictions center on Sunday, bringing the total number of characters in our weekly contest to 36. We’ve separated all 36 into three groups of 12 — MAIN, RECURRING, MINOR — so you have multiple chances each week to guess who’ll die next.

Here are the half-dozen new additions:

Podrick Payne

He is a young squire who was assigned to Tyrion Lannister and then later to Brienne of Tarth. Podrick initially appears to be incompetent, but soon wins Brienne’s trust and travels with her to try to find the missing Stark girls.

Tormund Giantsbane

He is a wildling raider known for his many titles, “Giantsbane” being foremost. Loud and gregarious, he is one of Mance’s top generals, fierce and terrible in combat. Tormund takes a liking to Jon Snow after he joins them and even gives him advice.

Lancel Lannister

He is the eldest son of Kevan Lannister and cousin of Cersei, Jaime, and Tyrion. In Season 5, he and his father return to King’s Landing to attend Tywin’s funeral where he joins the sparrows, a devout religious movement.

Selyse Baratheon

She is the wife of Stannis Baratheon who was kept locked in a tower on Dragonstone. She married Stannis sometime before the events of Robert’s Rebellion. Selyse is a fervent worshiper of R’hllor and a supporter of Melisandre.

Shireen Baratheon

She is the young daughter of Stannis and Selyse whose face is disfigured by Greyscale, though she’s not yet crippled by it. Before coming to the Wall, she taught Davos Seaworth how to read. She is now friends with Sam and Gilly.

Doran Martell

He is the ruling lord of Dorne and older brother to the late Prince Oberyn Martell. After Oberyn is slain, Doran grieves but takes no action, claiming that Oberyn suffered a self-imposed death in a trial by combat, a legal act.
