Boyhoodstill leads our odds, but don’t forget that “Birdman” and “The Grand Budapest Hotel” are tied with the most Oscar noms (nine) and usually the most-nominated film wins the big prize. “Boyhood” only has six bids.

Hey, maybe we’ve been on the wrong side of Oscar’s crosshairs all along and blockbuster “American Sniper” (six noms) will be the one to take the kill shot for Best Picture.

The other films in the running for Best Picture are: “The Imitation Game” (eight noms), “Selma” (two noms), “The Theory of Everything” (five noms) and “Whiplash” (five noms).
