This week Ashley Nell Tipton remains one of our three picks as the most likely to win “Project Runway” Season 14. The spots we allotted to Edmond Newton and Kelly Dempsey two weeks ago are occupied by new faces this week, despite the fact that neither designer has faltered. Instead we’re recognizing the accomplishments of the two contestants that have picked up a lot of steam in recent challenges. After reading our analysis, make your predictions for next week and you could win our prize of a $100 Amazon gift certificate. It’s fun and easy, so start now by scrolling down and predicting who’ll be out next.

Ashley Nell Tipton
Not only does Ashley still top our users’ predictions with the best odds to win, but it seems like the judges are still high on her designs, too. Although she didn’t grab her third challenge win this week, Ashley was in the Top 2 designs again, making her one of only two designers left to not create a bottom look yet. A clear fan favorite and possibly Heidi Klum‘s as well, who was shocked last week when the contestants allowed Ashley to be chosen last in the schoolyard pick for teams. Gold Derby odds to win: 5/6
Merline Labissiere
After creating the second best look in the first challenge, Merline coasted through the next three challenges, barely escaping elimination in one and being in the safe zone for the other two. It’s in the last two weeks though that Merline’s designs have caught the attention of the judges — she’s been a top look both times. This upward momentum, including immunity in next week’s challenge, means we’ll see Merline for two more weeks, and possibly many more up through the finale. Gold Derby odds to win: 100/1
Swapnil Shinde
Along with Ashley, Swapnil is the only other designer to have yet to score in the bottom of a challenge. And though Ashley has two challenge wins to his zero, Swapnil is in the midst of a streak — his looks have been named among the high scores for five challenges running, by far the most impressive resume in the competition. The judges clearly favor Swapnil’s unique and specific style of design so unless he strays from what he’s been doing, expect him to continue to perform well. Gold Derby odds to win: 11/2

To vote for who you think will be out next, drag your chosen designers over from the left to the right and arrange them in your predicted order. Every time someone logs their predictions, the racetrack odds of the contestants are automatically updated.
If the majority of users think Candice will be out, that means she’ll have the best odds and will go to the front of the pack. Conversely, the contestants who don’t receive many predictions have the worst odds and will go to the bottom of the pile.
‘Project Runway’ contest winner sounds off: Sean Kelly had ‘worst collection’
Remember that coming out on top doesn’t just mean answering that week’s questions correctly. You also have to use your three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points) strategically to score the most game points. If you bet on a longshot who pulls off an upset, you can really rack up the points, so don’t take them for granted.
Average Gold Derby users just like YOU often turn out to be our smartest prognosticators, so it’s important that you give us your predictions. You can continue to update and change your predictions throughout the week, just click “Save Predictions” when you’ve settled on your choice.
