Gold Derby’s own Tom O’Neil tops all Experts predicting SAG Awards film winners

Tom O’Neil of Gold Derby tops all awards Experts in predicting the 2014 Screen Actors Guild film winners announced Sunday. He was best among 15 Experts that we polled as the only one scoring a perfect 100% score regarding the SAG champs.

Most of this year’s SAG winners were recycled from the Golden Globes and critics awards, including Julianne Moore (“Still Alice“), J.K. Simmons (“Whiplash“), and Patricia Arquette (“Boyhood“). As with the PGA this weekend, they also chose “Birdman” for the top category. The one surprise happened when Eddie Redmayne (“The Theory of Everything“) defeated Michael Keaton (“Birdman“) as Best Actor.
