‘Survivor: Second Chance’: Win prizes predicting who’ll win Season 30

Why? Because your predictions will factor into our official racetrack odds that are pored over by other “Race” fans and TV execs who want to know which teams you love and hate, who you want to win and who you are desperate to see get a send-off.

Those readers already taking part in our predictions contest got it wrong this week.

They thought Tiffany and Krista would be last to the mat. The cheerleaders had leading odds of 3/2 (40% chance) of being eliminated. However, they finished in sixth place while Alex and Adam were in the tenth and final slot. Contest entrants who predicted these cousins as the team to be eliminated reaped the rewards of their 3/1 bets.

Likewise, a plurality of our predictors overestimated Tanner and Josh. That Texas duo had finished first last week but had to settle for second this time, behind Justin and Diana.

Congratulations to our reader Jean leong for being the only entrant in this week’s contest to predict both those results as well as that the express pass would not be used and that there would not be a U-turn. She scored 5,600 points with her savvy placement of her three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points). If you bet on a longshot, like Justin and Diana,  who pull off an upset, you can really rack up the points, so don’t take them for granted.

Check out the overall Season 27 leaderboard to the right. Jean leong has overall accuracy of 88% and 8.078 points. There are still many weeks left to play in our contest and be eligible to win both our weekly and overall season prizes. See our contest rules here and don’t forget to update YOUR predictions here.
