‘The Voice’ shocker: Will Adam Levine lose his last artist this week?

Could this be right? Will coach Adam Levine see his final artist, Joshua Davis, eliminated from “The Voice” this week? Our official Gold Derby odds — which are based on predictions from people just like you — have Davis at 9/5 to be one of the contestants axed on Tartisuesday. He was in the bottom three last week but was spared from elimination by an instant save via Twitter.

Whether you agree or not that Davis is on his way out, you need to be taking part in our “Voice” predictions contest. You could win a $100 Amazon gift certificate and a place of honor on our leaderboards by predicting that week’s results. Do you have what it takes to be the best among the most fervent fans of “The Voice”? You have until 5:00 p.m. PT/8:00 p.m. ET this Tuesday to predict the results. It’s fun and easy, so start now by scrolling down and predicting which two artists will be eliminated this week.

Levine has no other contenders remaining, the complete opposite of last season when he was coach to three of the final four. However, despite being a two-time champ, he suffered the humiliation of seeing all three of those artists lose to Blake Shelton‘s sole contestant, Craig Wayne Boyd.

Shelton could also be in trouble this week. While he still has all three of his artists in contention, two of them could be on the chopping block. Hannah Kirby has odds of 9/2 to join Davis as goners this Tuesday. And one-time frontrunner Corey Kent White is now third likeliest to be sent home with 14/1 odds.

Shelton’s other artist, Meghan Linsey, should be safe as she has odds of only 50/1 to be eliminated.

And we are predicting that Christina Aguilera will keep both her acts —  India Carney (25/1) and Kimberly Nichole (100/1) — as will Pharrell Williams with both Koryn Hawthorne and Sawyer Fredericks at 100/1.

With such long odds for elimination for both of his remaining artists, it is not surprising that Williams has leading odds of 1/1 to be the coach of the winner in just his second season on the show.

Of his two acts, Fredericks is the clear favorite to win with odds of 15/8.

It’s getting much, much tougher to narrow down the choices as to who will be eliminated since all eight remaining contenders are the cream of this year’s crop. You shouldn’t only consider their performances but also their social media followings. Those numbers can tell you who may do well in  the popular vote each week. When making your predictions this week, remember that coming out on top in our contest doesn’t just mean answering the week’s questions correctly. You also have to use your three big bets (500 points and two of 200 points) strategically to score the most game points. If you bet on a longshot who pulls off an upset, you can really rack up the points. As we use those point totals to break ties when more than one user tops our leaderboard with the same number of correct answers, don’t take them for granted.

That’s how NgoKhang won last week’s prediction contest. Along with just 10 other people, he scored a perfect 100% by correctly predicting the answers to both questions, He broke that tie with  a score of 26,600. He racked up a jaw-dropping 25,000 points by putting his 500 point superbet on Davis finishing in third when he was at 50/1. And he had 200 points riding on both Deanna Johnson and Rob Taylor going home (gaining him an extra 900 points). If he is eligible, as per our contest rules, NgoKhang will win a $100 Amazon gift card.

That strong showing moved NgoKhang into second place on our overall leaderboard behind Denton Davidson, who has a perfect track record of predicting since “The Voice” live rounds started. However, Davidson only earned 11,200 points last week which makes him vulnerable as a tie at season’s end would be broken by overall points.

Like NgoKhang, Davidson too put his 500-point superbet on Davis finishing in third but did so when the odds were only 20/1. That meant he collected 10,000 points (versus 25,000 for NgoKhang). He also picked up 1,200 points for predicting the two artists to go. That was more than NgoKhang got because the odds keep changing as people like you make their predictions.
