The person sent packing Tuesday night on “The Voice” was a surprising one: one-time frontrunner Evan McKeel winds up not even making the Top 10. NBC’s reality program had only one elimination, and it came once again from Team Pharrell Williams. That means the Grammy Award winning producer and performer now only has one artist remaining for this season.

The final portion of the show had McKeel up against Team Gwen Stefani artist Korin Bukowski attempting to gain a last-minute social media save. McKeel performed “Let’s Stay Together,” while Bukowski took on “She Will Be Loved.” This is the second straight week for her to be in the bottom two.
Three coaches have their teams still fully on board. Along with Bukowski, Team Gwen also has Jeffery Austin and Braiden Sunshine. Team Blake Shelton has Barrett Baber, Emily Ann Roberts, and Zach Seabaugh. Team Adam Levine is a strong one with Shelby Brown, Jordan Smith, and Amy Vachal. Team Pharrell now only has Madi Davis in the competition.
Here is the schedule for the remainder of this ninth season:
November 30 & December 1 — Top 10 perform with one elimination.
December 7 & 8 – Top 9 perform with five eliminations.
December 14 & 15 – Top 4 perform with winner announced.
Congratulations to our reader John Benutty for being one of only two people with perfect scores in this week’s contest.
