According to the combined predictions of our Editors who cover awards year-round for Gold Derby, the Top 24 Users who got the highest scores predicting last year’s Academy of Country Music Awards and the hundreds of total Users who make up our largest and often savviest bloc of predictors, Little Big Town and Chris Stapleton will be the biggest winners at this year’s ACMs.

It will almost be a clean sweep for Little Big Town. They’re forecast to win four out of their five nominations: Vocal Group of the Year as well as a trio of prizes for their crossover hit “Girl Crush” (Single Record, Song and Music Video of the Year). Their only projected loss is Vocal Event of the Year, where they’re nominated with Miranda Lambert for “Smokin’ and Drinkin’.”

Stapleton will also win four. In fact, he’s already gotten a head start, having been announced in March as the winner of New Male Vocalist of the Year. He’ll add to those victories at the main ACM ceremony on Sunday night with expected wins for Male Vocalist of the Year as well as Album of the Year for “Traveller,” for which he will be awarded as both artist and producer. He also contends for Song (“Nobody to Blame“) and Vocal Event (“Hangover Tonight” with Gary Allan) at Sunday night’s event.

Every other winner according to our predictions will win one apiece. The top prize, Entertainer of the Year, will go to Luke Bryan for the third time in four years, while Miranda Lambert will claim Female Vocalist of the Year for the seventh year in a row, which would tie Reba McEntire‘s record for total wins.

Florida Georgia Line are expected to take Vocal Duo of the Year for the third consecutive time. And Keith Urban and Eric Church will share Vocal Event of the Year for their collaboration “Raise ‘Em Up.”

The last two winners were already announced. Kelsea Ballerini was named New Female Vocalist of the Year, and Old Dominion are the New Vocal Duo/Group of the Year. Those results were revealed in March along with Stapleton’s New Male Vocalist prize.
