All of the pundits got one category wrong – Best Lighting of a Play, which went to “Long Day’s Journey Into Night” over frontrunners “The Humans” and “View from the Bridge.” All of the pundits correctly forecasted these 11 races: Best Musical, Director, Musical Actress, Featured Actor and Actress in a Musical , Score, Book, Orchestrations and Lighting plus Best Play and Best Drama Actress.
