[WATCH] Emmys 2016: 10 red carpet interviews from Friday’s acting nominee reception

The television academy celebrated with many of this year’s acting nominees Friday night at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles. The performers branch welcomed over 30 of the acting contenders from lead, supporting and guest categories at a private reception and awarded them with nominee certificates. Gold Derby editors Marcus Dixon, Daniel Montgomery and I were on the red carpet interviewing 10 of the nominees and other actors.

The 68th annual Emmy Awards will be live from the Microsoft Theater in Downton Los Angeles this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. PT; 8:00 p.m. ET. The host is Jimmy Kimmel for his home network of ABC.
