Previous Golden Globe winners Morgan Freeman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Michael Keaton are among the lastest celebrity presenters joining the roster for Sunday’s ceremony. Gyllenhaal was a winner last year as Best TV Movie/Miniseries Actress for “The Honorable Woman.” Keaton also prevailed a year ago as Best Film Comedy/Musical Actor for “Birdman.” Freeman won for the 1989 film “Driving Miss Daisy” and received the Cecil B. DeMille Award four years ago.
Viola Davis (“How to Get Away with Murder“) and Taraji P. Henson (“Empire“) face off as nominees for Best TV Drama Actress this weekend, and both will take the stage. First-time nominee Lady Gaga (“American Horror Story: Hotel“) will also be a presenter.
Previously announced presenters this week include Amy Adams, Jaimie Alexander, Patricia Arquette, Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, Mel Gibson, Amber Heard, Bryce Dallas Howard, Kate Hudson, Helen Mirren, Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne, Kurt Russell, J.K. Simmons, Channing Tatum, and Olivia Wilde.
The Golden Globes air live this Sunday, January 10, on NBC from the Beverly Hilton and are hosted again by three-time emcee Ricky Gervais. Actor Denzel Washington will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award for life achievement.
