Congratulations to Sebastian Quevedo Ramrez for a great 78.57% prediction rate for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards winners on Saturday. He actually tied with user Tonkao but had the better point total of 6,712 by using his 500 and 200 point bets wisely.
Over 360 people worldwide predicted the winners in 14 categories. Our top scorer got 11 of those correct, including “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” (movie of the year), Leonardo DiCaprio for “The Revenant” (male performance), and Ryan Reynolds for “Deadpool” (comedic performance). In fact his only three misses were by picking Anna Kendrick for “Pitch Perfect 2” over Charlize Theron for “Mad Max: Fury Road” (female performance), “The Revenant” over “Deadpool” (fight), and Reynolds over Chris Pratt for “Jurassic World” (action performance).
