This year marks the first Golden Globe nomination of Reynolds’ career, as Best Comedy Actor for “Deadpool.” When we informed him that he’s currently in second place in Gold Derby’s predictions to win behind only Ryan Gosling (“La La Land”), Reynolds joked that the gap was “pretty big” between first and second.

Reynolds and wife Blake Lively were on hand at the Walk of Fame ceremony outside the Hollywood and Highland Center on Hollywood Blvd. Other celebs in attendance included Anna Faris and Nathan Fillion. Just last week Reynolds took home the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Comedy Actor (“Deadpool”) and also earned a special trophy as Entertainer of the Year.
