‘Survivor’ castoff Alecia Holden blasts ‘rude’ tribe mates, relives the medical emergencies (Podcast)

“Rudeness is a weak person’s imitation of strength,” reveals the latest “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” castoff Alecia Holden to Gold Derby about her bullying tribe mates Scot Pollard and Kyle Jason. “They stereotyped me from day one and they did not want to give me a chance to fit in.”

According to exclusive Gold Derby odds that were derived from the predictions made by contest entrants like you, Alecia was in third place to get the boot with 7/1 odds (12% chance). Wednesday’s episode, titled “Signed, Sealed and Delivered,” also saw Caleb Reynolds, Debbie Wanner and Cydney Gillon all taken down by heat exhaustion during the reward challenge, though Caleb’s condition was the worst and he had to be removed from the game.

“We had not really had any water or anything to eat. I woke up that morning throwing up,” Alecia explains. “We go into the challenge and it was just so hot. Like, I thought I was digging my grave to bury myself in.”

“After Caleb went out, I actually got medical called on me as well. Dr. Joe came over because I was shaking pretty bad from dehydration. Just everyone going down at once, it was an overwhelming feeling but it also shows the fans that this is real, what we’re doing out here. Cameras don’t go off and we don’t get water and food behind the scenes. This is something that not many people can do and it is a tough game.”

Also in our chat, Alecia reveals who she wants to win the $1 million, what she really thinks of tribe mates Scot, Jason and Cydney, and whether she could have made it further if she was on a different tribe. Click the video above to listen to our Q&A podcast.
