‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ castoff Peter Baggenstos dishes his arrogance, Aubry’s blindside (Podcast)

“I mean, get out the arrogant jerk? Come on! He’s incompetent and clueless,” jokes the latest “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” castoff Peter Baggenstos to Gold Derby about his own elimination. “I’d be great to keep around [though], because I have no idea what’s going on.”

According to exclusive Gold Derby odds that were derived from the predictions made by contest entrants like you, Peter’s ouster was obvious as he had leading 6/5 odds (45% chance) of being sent packing. That put him in first place on our elimination chart for Wednesday’s pre-merge episode, titled “Play or Go Home.”

“I can be consistent with what’s portrayed and say, well, they’re getting me out because I had a good chance of winning. But in my mind, that’s not reality,” admits Peter. “The reality was, they’re getting me out because I was too unpredictable. If they didn’t get me out when they could, they couldn’t rely on me later. And there’s a certain element of truth to that.”

Peter tells us that he doesn’t have any hard feelings for his former Brains tribe members, including Aubry Bracco who made a last-minute switch at Tribal Council to send him packing. “It’s a difficult decision for Aubrey because if she would have kept me around, she would have had numbers. I would have been loyal to her.”

Also in our chat, Peter reveals who he wants to win the $1 million, whether his arrogance was real or for the cameras and what he really thought of the Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty twist. Click the video above to listen to our Q&A podcast.
