“I’ve been through some serious torments in my life, but that was by far the worst pain,” reveals the latest “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” castoff Jennifer Lanzetti to Gold Derby about the worm that crawled into her ear. “The next morning, there was a lot more blood. “It was very painful. They don’t show the full two days [the worm] was in my ear,” Jennifer continues. “But I kind of kept it to myself [at first]. I didn’t want to become a target too soon. Day 2 and I’ve already got a problem? Yeah, not good ‘Survivor’ play.”

According to exclusive Gold Derby odds that are derived from the predictions made by contest entrants like you, Jennifer’s elimination was a shocker as she had 100/1 odds (<1% chance) of being voted out. Regarding her jawdropping elimination, Jennifer confesses there was another side to the story we didn’t get to see. “Nothing you see on TV is ever how it actually happened,” she tells us. “They just made me look like a fool, like a total dumbass. And that’s fine. Obviously it’s their show to do what they want. But there was so much more to all of that whole story.”

Also in our chat, Jennifer talks about why she wanted to create an all-girls alliance with Alecia Holden and Cydney Gillon, which of her former To Tang (Brawn) tribe members she thinks will win, and why her tribe didn’t look for the hidden Immunity idol.
