From the time that Oscar nominations were announced on Jan. 24 until final voting began on Feb. 13, we heard from seven guilds (producers, directors, actors, cinematographers, film editors, production designers and visual effects wizards). And the casting directors revealed their slate of winners during the first phase of nominations balloting. “La La Land” has won with six of the eight groups to date, losing with the lensers and being snubbed for its visual effects.

Four of the other guilds (writers, makeup artists & hair stylists, sound editors and sound mixers) will chime in this weekend with their winners, with only the costume designers holding off till hours after Oscar voting ends on Feb. 21
