‘America’s Got Talent’ 2017: Teenage singer Angelina Green earns Heidi Klum’s Golden Buzzer — Grab your tissues! [WATCH]

“America’s Got Talent” 2017 judge Heidi Klum hit her Golden Buzzer during Tuesday night’s episode after hearing 13-year-old Angelina Green belt out a cover of The Pretenders’ “I’ll Stand by You.” Watch the audition video above. Before giving her raw, moving performance, Green told the story of her parents’ divorce, revealing that she retreated into music to cope because, “It helped me so much.” Did Green’s powerful performance move you to tears? Green is now the fifth act from “AGT” Season 12 to earn a Golden Buzzer — see them all in our photo gallery below.

All of the “AGT” judges were visibly emotional, with Howie Mandel declaring, “You talked about how you’ve had a lot of pain in your life and you used music to make you feel better. And you know, if you move somebody emotionally I think that’s the best thing music can do, and I think that’s what you just did.”

Mel B added, “I can feel this is very overwhelming for you, right? But when you watch this back you’re gonna know how much of an amazing job that you just did. Considering all of the nerves and everything else, you were really, really good. So just take in this moment. That was great.”

“How old are you, 13 years old?” Simon Cowell confirmed with the teenage singer. “You made my goosebumps have goosebumps. The truth is, we don’t get many people like you for a reason, because they are hard to find. Genuinely I’m excited because I think you are a really, really, really talented person.

“I really, really love what you just did,” smiled Klum. “To me it feels like there is an old soul inside of that little 13-year-old body. And I loved it so much that I am going to hit the Golden Buzzer!” Klum pressed the Golden Buzzer and the stage erupted in gold confetti. Green hugged Klum and her mother, celebrating being sent straight through to the live rounds of “Americas Got Talent” 2017.
