Another 46% of poll respondents agree that Rihanna was just “okay” but that her performance was “forgettable.” We have a feeling her role will be increased in this week’s episode, as it’s aptly titled “Marion” and features a shot of the guest star turning on the shower. That’s an ode to the original Alfred Hitchcock film “Psycho,” which famously killed off their version of Marion (Janet Leigh) while in the shower. Will the same fate befall Rihanna’s Marion on the TV series?

Rounding out our poll, 12% of readers thought that Rihanna was “awful” and that she needs to “stick to singing.” Keep in mind that the last time a singer-turned-actress earned negative reviews from a small minority of fans — Lady Gaga in “American Horror Story: Hotel” — she went on to win a Golden Globe for her performance. So take that, haters! See how Rihanna’s story as Marion Crane continues next Monday on A&E at 10:00 p.m.
