After Paul Abrahamian used his Power of Veto to save Alex Ow from the possibility of eviction on the Sept. 6 episode of “Big Brother,” Head of Household Christmas Abbott replaced her with Kevin Schlehuber. Now, he and Jason Dent are both on the block for Thursday’s live eviction.
As there is to be a double eviction on episode 34, it is not surprising that these two lead our exclusive “Big Brother” odds, Jason is the favorite to go home with 21/20 odds of eviction compared to Kevin at 9/2. This is the first time for either to be in the firing line. After one of those men is evicted, the remaining one will compete with the other five houseguests in back-to-back Head of Household and Power of Veto competitions. Only then will the second houseguest be evicted. Have you made the right choices in your predictions as to who YOU think will go home Sept. 7?
Paul still leads in our odds to win, though he has slipped slightly and is now at 10/11 odds to be crowned “Big Brother” 19 champ. He’s followed by Christmas (12/1 odds to win) and Alex (14/1).
Paul, Christmas, Alex and Jason have each reigned as HOH twice so far this season, totaling eight of the 11 weeks to date. Josh Martinez has won just once while the other two titleholders were Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson who are no longer in the house. That is a consolidation of power into the hands of a small group of people heading into the final 5. Kevin and Raven Walton have yet to win a HOH.
We are predicting that power will shift from Christmas back to Paul this week, giving him leading 2/1 odds of being crowned HOH live on Thursday. Next in line is Alex at 27/10 odds followed by Josh at 13/2.
