After spending two weeks in a row at the bottom of the judges’ leaderboard, actor and former pro wrestler Mr. T will be eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars” on week 4, “Most Memorable Year” night. That’s according to the latest predictions of our users, who have entered our contest to forecast the results on “DWTS” every week.
Mr. T gets leading odds of 2/3, which translates to a 60% chance of being sent home, far more than any other contestant. However, he was spared the axe last week on “Vegas Night” even though he was the lowest scorer going into the elimination. Spanish entertainer Charo ended up going home instead. So it’s possible Mr. T has enough fans to stay in the competition for another week on the strength of viewer votes.
If Mr. T does survive, that’s bad news for “Bachelor” star Nick Viall, who ranks second in our predictions with 9/2 odds (19% chance). He tied “Real Housewives” celeb Erika Jayne for the third lowest score of the night — 26 out of 40, just two points ahead of Mr. T (24 out of 40) — so the judges didn’t give him much of a buffer if Mr. T ends up with significantly more fan votes.
Bull rider Bonner Bolton is in third place with 15/2 odds (11% chance). After two promising weeks in the ballroom, Bolton struggled through his Charleston and tied Mr. T as the lowest scorer of the night. Since Bolton is much less likely to be eliminated than Mr. T according to our odds, that means our users are expecting him to have significantly more support from fan voters. That’s certainly possible: though he was a relative unknown going into the season, he has likely won fans with his aw-shucks demeanor and youthful good looks. Nevertheless, that low score puts him at serious risk.
Jayne is next with 14/1 odds (7% chance). Though tied with Viall on the judges’ leaderboard, she too is much safer according to our users, who are expecting her to draw more fan support. “Real Housewives” cast members don’t have a strong track record on “DWTS,” but for that matter, neither do “Bachelor” stars.
Rounding out our top five is baseball player David Ross, though he does appear to be fairly safe with only 50/1 odds of elimination (2% chance). He finished way up in fifth place on the judges’ leaderboard with his best score of the season so far (31 out of 40), so he seems highly likely to stick around.
